How do I return an item?

Return Authorization is required from PEC Armory for any returned merchandise. Please email sales@pecarmory.com for a representative or call 850-478-5935 to acquire your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA.)

Once you have recieved the RMA number, please copy, paste, and fill out the following into a Word document which you need to include in your merchandise return package. Please do your best to complete the form in its entirety. If you do not include this form , please be aware that it may greatly impact the amount of time it will take for us to investigate and locate whom, what, and where your return came from.

Non-Authorized Returns

Items that are returned without obtaining a RMA number will be rejected and returned to customer at customer's expense. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days.


Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.

Warranty

PEC Armory products have always been designed and built to the higher standards demanded by the discriminating consumer. To clearly demonstrate that PEC Armory products offer world-class quality, PEC Armory offers a full lifetime warranty on all PEC Armory built products. The lifetime warranty will remain in full force and effect as long as PEC Armory is still in operation.
The lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may render the product unsafe, inoperable, out of spec, to include cosmetic defects from the factory. Cosmetic defects are only covered for the first 10 days from the original shipping date from PEC Armory. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order from PEC Armory and let us know immediately if there is an issue. Cosmetic issues occurring outside the 10-day window will be address on a case-by-case basis.

Should you find any of the above issues with your PEC Armory products we will repair or replace the product to meet PEC Armory Industry Standards. There is no need to cut any PEC Armory products into pieces should you find them to be out of spec. Although, we have been known to offer to replace products cut up by a specific customer, we find that a simple phone call is a more efficient way of resolving an issue.
Sales Tax, Shipping charges, and FFL fees are non refundable. If it is a PEC Armory mistake we will cover shipping and FFL fees. On Non-PEC Armory built products all warranties are through the original manufacturer only; no warranties are expressed or implied by PEC Armory. Prices do not include shipping and handling.
